Tom

Tom Berry, Co-Owner

Tom Berry started his career in 2007. With over 24 years in sales and management, ten of those being in financial services, Tom and his wife, Melissa, started their first real estate business as a flipping and wholesaling company.

Since then, Tom and Melissa, have successfully grown their  real estate investment portfolio. Tom also manages Tom Berry REI, an entrepreneurial education and networking company in Houston. With his expertise in the real estate investing market, Tom is dedicated to bringing the tools, services and resources needed to this underserved market.

Donald

Donald Sutton, Co-Owner

Donald is a dedicated agriculturalist and business leader with a mission to encourage Agri-Science education and help others build wealth through his investment businesses.

Donald's knowledge and passion for agricultural science started in his youth; he grew up on a cattle ranch and ran 330 head of cattle between 1998-2005. He also dedicates time to mentoring others in poultry projects for county fairs and major shows. His commitment to agricultural science has led him to be an active member of various 4-H and FFA chapters throughout his life, in which he served as a project leader and mentor. Donald was appointed Chairman of the El Campo Buyers Group (2017-Current) and Treasurer of the El Campo FFA Booster Club (2019-2022), two non-profit organizations dedicated to the growth and prosperity of Agri-Science education and the fostering of student participation in El Campo, Texas.

With a passion for agriculture and entrepreneurship, Donald enjoys helping others make the most of their wealth and invests his time and effort in helping them realize their potential. Donald says success feels best when it is shared.

Seth

Seth Berry, Plant Manager

Seth Berry was born in Ohio and went to Clear Creek High School in League City. Soon after graduation, he joined the United States Marine Corps and served our country in Afghanistan.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Seth started working in real estate in 2013.  Seth became the Origination Manager for Investor Loan Source in 2016 and his contributions helped propel the company to new heights. Now, he operates and manages Texas Pride Processing.

Seth enjoys collecting guns, hunting, and woodworking. When he is not in the office, Seth is exploring the great outdoors with his lovely wife.
